Place the steak in a shallow dish and season with salt. 2. In a medium bowl, combine the onion, garlic, olive oil, cumin, chili powder, paprika, coriander, oregano and cayenne pepper. 3. Rub the spice mixture all over the steak and marinate for at least 30 minutes. ### Cooking the Carne Asada 1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. 2.
