- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Add chicken and shrimp, and cook until chicken is no longer pink and shrimp is opaque, about 5 minutes.
- Add onion, garlic, bell peppers, oregano, Cajun seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
- Add chicken broth and tomatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Add cooked pasta to skillet and stir to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes more.
