How to Make Buffalo Wild Wings Pasta Crockpot

What you'll Need:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cups of chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup of Buffalo Wild Wings sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon of dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 8 ounces of uncooked penne pasta
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

Step 1:

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme, basil, and salt. Mix until combined.

Step 2:

Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker, and season with the spice mixture. Pour in the chicken broth and Buffalo Wild Wings sauce.

Step 3:

Cover the slow cooker, and cook on low heat for 4-5 hours.

Step 4:

After the chicken has cooked, remove it from the slow cooker and shred with two forks. Return the chicken to the slow cooker, and add the penne pasta.

Step 5:

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for an additional 30 minutes.

Step 6:

Stir in the Parmesan cheese, cover, and cook for an additional 10 minutes.

Step 7:

Serve and enjoy!
Tip:
If you want your pasta to be even creamier, you can add an additional 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese right before serving.
