Nutter Butter Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

* 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened * 1/2 cup sugar * 2 eggs * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract * 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter * 24 Nutter Butter Cookies, crushed * 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan and set aside.

Step 2

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until combined. Stir in vanilla extract and peanut butter.

Step 3

Stir in crushed Nutter Butter cookies and melted butter. Pour into prepared springform pan.

Step 4

Bake for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely before removing from pan. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
